- Boil water: Use one 8oz cup of water for each cup of tea. When water reaches a rolling boil, remove from heat.
- Add herbs: Use 2 teaspoons herb for each cup water. Stir herbs into water or use a teaball or teabag.
- Steep: Cover for 15 - 25 minutes per cup of water. When using bark or roots simmer for 10 minutes instead of steeping.

I just want to say thank you for suggesting Curamin for mirgraine. It worked miracles! Even my PCP agreed that it would be a good idea to try it since at this point nothing the neurologist had me on did not work. In fact my headaches on the meds that the neurologist had me on made me feel loopy, nausea and the headaches seem to get worse.
Again, Thanks for your suggestion, I have been telling all my friends about you.
Recently, I have commenced a blog the info you give on this site has encouraged and benefited me hugely. Thanks for all of your time & work. ภู่หลาน
